Alexander Kihno has been working at the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine since 1992, since June 1999 - as a Senior Researcher. Since May 2011 he has been working at the Department of History of Foreign Philosophy, the Sector of History of Eastern Philosophy.
Academic interests: He focuses on the History of Indian Philosophy of the twentieth century, as well as Historiosophical and Religious-Philosophical issues, Ukrainian and European Culturology and Ethics,studies the topical issue of the reception of Indian Philosophy ideas in European Philosophical thought.
