1985-1987 – Research Intern at the Institute of Philosophy, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
1989 – present: Junior Research Fellow at the Department of Philosophical Anthropology at the Institute of Philosophy.
Participated in the development of 8 planned research projects.
1994-1998 – Advisor to the Chairman of the Social Policy and Labor Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
2005 – Advisor to the Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.
2005-2006 – Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
2007-2009 – Advisor to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
2017 – Consultant to the International Republican Institute (IRI, USA).
2014-2017 – One of the founders and trainers of the Kyiv School of Political Leaders.
In 2008, at the invitation of the U.S. Department of State, was an observer in the U.S. Presidential Elections.
In 2017, underwent training on Methods of Corporate and Public Debate, including conflict resolution, at the Kettering Foundation (USA).
2018-2019 – Advisor to the Head of the Office of Effective Regulation at the Cabinet of Ministers (BRDO), Oleksiy Honcharuk.
Co-founder and since 2002 Deputy Director; since 2013 Director of the research center "Image Control" (
https://imcon.com.ua). As the head of the center, participated in organizing more than 200 marketing and social studies.
Founder and Director of the scientific literature publishing house "Stylos." Published more than 50 books on philosophical and socio-political topics.
