Anastasiia Strelkova, born in Kyiv, Ukraine; Doctor in Philosophy (09.00.05 – History of Philosophy); Senior Research Fellow at the Sector of History of Eastern Philosophy, Department of History of Foreign Philosophy, H.S. Skovoroda Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; author of one monograph (Buddhism: Philosophy of Emptiness, 2015; 2nd ed.: 2020) and more than 60 scientific papers. Since 2005, has worked as a Research Fellow at the H.S. Skovoroda Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Since 2006 till now is a co-organizer of the Seminar of Eastern Philosophy Researchers (full list of sessions held see: www.tdsf.kiev.ua).

Academic interests: Buddhist Philosophy, Buddhist Philosophy of emptiness, Philosophy of Japanese Zen master Dogen Kigen (1200–1253), Japanese Culture.
